ORDINANCE NO. 150201

 

Authorizing the Director of General Services to renew a lease agreement with Subway Real Estate Corp for the rental of retail space located at the 11th and Oak Street Parking Garage located at 327 E. 11th Street, Kansas City, Missouri.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of the General Services Department is hereby authorized to renew and execute, on behalf of the City, a lease agreement with Subway Real Estate Corp, for rental of retail space located in the 11th and Oak Parking Garage for an additional five year period beginning June 1, 2013 and terminating May 31, 2018 with two remaining five-year renewal options.
