Estimating revenue in the Police Grants Fund in the additional amount of $56,000.00 and appropriating it to the 99 COPS Universal accounts for two police officers to be assigned to patrol housing projects.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account in the Police Grants Fund is estimated in the following additional amount:

99-239-021-8122 COPS Universal grant $56,000.00

Section 2. That the following amount is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Police Grants Fund to the following accounts in the Police Grants Fund:

99-239-021-2705-A COPS Universal $51,000.00

99-239-021-2705-B COPS Universal 5,000.00

$56,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
