ORDINANCE NO. 940695

Authorizing a professional services agreement with Patricia Hincks and Robin Gross d/b/a ConcreAte Consulting, Inc. for management training for Convention and Entertainment Centers Department staff in the amount of $28,700.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Convention and Entertainment Centers is hereby authorized to execute a consulting agreement with Patricia Hincks and Robin Gross d/b/a ConcreAte Consulting, Inc. in the amount of $28,700.00 for management training in change management, problem solving, and team building for Convention and Entertainment Centers Department staff in substantial conformance with Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein, and is hereby authorized to pay from funds heretofore appropriated in the Convention and Entertainment Centers Administration, Account No. 95-236-063-1000B.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
