ORDINANCE NO. 941379

 

Approving a GP signage plan in Districts GP-1 and GP-2 for property generally located at the southeast quadrant of N.W. Ambassador Drive and N.W. 112th Street. (6968-GP-5)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a signage plan in Districts GP-1 and GP-2 for property generally located at the southeast quadrant of N.W. Ambassador Drive and N.W. 112th Street, and more specifically described as follows:

 

All the Northwest Quarter (N.W. 1/4) of Section 25, a part of the Southwest Quarter (S.W. 1/4) of Section 25, a part of the Northeast Quarter (N.E. 1/4) of Section 26, and a part of the Southeast Quarter (S.E. 1/4) of Section 26, all being in Township 52, Range 34, Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, and described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Section 25; thence North 8934'01" East, along the north line of the N.W. 1/4 of said Section 25, a distance of 2,663.83 feet to the northeast corner of said N.W. 1/4 Section; thence South 001'06" West, along the east line of said N.W. 1/4 Section, a distance of 2664.75 feet, to the southeast corner of said N.W. 1/4 Section; thence South 008'42" West, along the east line of the S.W. 1/4 of said Section 25, a distance of 1097.87 feet; thence North 8949'17" West, a measured distance of 2941.53 feet (2936.65 feet Deed), to a point on the northeasterly right of way line of Interstate Route I-29; thence North 2942'12" West along said right of way line, a measured distance of 646.30 feet (641.12 feet Deed), to a point opposite highway Station 515+87; thence continuing North 2942'12" West (North 2957' West Deed), along said northeasterly right of way line a measured distance of 608.82 feet (605 feet Deed), to a point on the north line of the S.E. 1/4 of said Section 26, said point being 130 feet opposite the survey centerline of F.A.I. Route #3; thence continuing North 2942'12" West, along said northeasterly right of way line, a measured distance of 1480.86 feet (1481.48 feet Deed), to a point 150 feet opposite said survey centerline Station 495+00; thence North 2157'09" West, along said northeasterly right of way line on a line which if produced would intersect the line 200 feet opposite Station 489+00 on said survey centerline, a distance of 509.71 feet, to the southwest corner of Skelly International Plaza, as recorded on 14 November 1972, in Plat Book 11, page 23, as Document No. 39718 in the Office of the Platte County, Missouri Recorder of Deeds; thence North 8958'35" East, along the south line of said Skelly International Plaza, parallel with the north line of the N.E. 1/4 of said Section 26, a measured distance of 593.38 feet (592.21 feet Plat); to the southwest corner of Lot 3 of said Skelly International Plaza; thence North 001'25" West, along the west line of said Lot 3, and the east right of way line of Ambassador Drive as now established, a measured distance of 863.32 feet (863 feet Plat), to the northwest corner of said Lot 3; thence North 8958'35" East, along the north line of said Lot 3, parallel with the north line of the N.W. 1/4 of said Section 26, a distance of 373.16 feet, to the northeast corner of said Lot 3; thence North 001'25" West, a distance of 10 feet to a point on the south right of way line of N.W. 112th Street as now established; thence North 8958'35" East, along said south right of way line, parallel with the north line of the N.E. 1/4 of said Section 26, a distance of 861.44 feet; thence North 010'18" East, a distance of 10.01 feet, to the point of beginning. The above described tract of land contains 324.95 acres, more or less.

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said signage plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 941379, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
