Estimating revenue in the Police Grants Fund in the amount of $308,907.00 and appropriating it for expenditures related to the KC Metropolitan Enforcement Task Force Grant.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account in the Police Grants Fund is hereby reestimated in the following additional amount:

03-239-021-8735 03 HIDTA Metro Meth Grant $308,907.00

Section 2. That the sum of $308,907.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Police Grants Fund to the following accounts in the Police Grants Fund:

03-239-021-2884-A 03 HIDTA Metro Meth $ 71,799.00

03-239-021-2884-B 03 HIDTA Metro Meth 235,413.00

03-239-021-2884-C 03 HIDTA Metro Meth 1,695.00

TOTAL $308,907.00
