ORDINANCE NO. 110870

 

 

Approving Amendment No. 2 with Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc., for Sludge Hauling Services for Various Water Services Department Facilities; and authorizing the Director of Water Services to expend approximately $70,000.00.

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services Department is authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, a $70,000.00 Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 1042, Project No. 61000074, Sludge Hauling Services for Various Water Services Department Facilities, Renewal 1. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.

 

Section 2. That the Director of Water Services is authorized to expend an additional $70,000.00 for the project from Account No. 12-8110-802140-B, Wastewater Trmt-Oper.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
