Approving the proposal of Kansas City Life Insurance Company for group life insurance benefits for City employees.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the proposal of Kansas City Life Insurance for group life insurance benefits for City employees is hereby accepted by the Council contingent upon annual appropriation for the period of May 1, 1997 through April 30, 1998.
