ORDINANCE NO. 090511

 

Authorizing a $302,974.00 Amendment No. 2 to an agreement with HNTB Corporation for Project No. 89008157 - Street Improvement-N. Bennington-Parvin Road to N.E. 48th Street; and authorizing the City Manager to expend $302,974.00 for the contract.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute , on behalf of the City, Amendment No 2 in the amount of $302,974.00 with HNTB Corporation for Design Services for Project No.89008157 Street Improvement-N. Bennington-Parvin Road to N.E. 48th Street. A copy of the amendment is on file in the Capital Improvement Management Office.

 

Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized to expend the sum of $302,974.00 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 10-3090-898911.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
