ORDINANCE NO. 980763

 

Accepting a Quit-Claim Deed from the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission conveying to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, all rights, title and interest in and to State Route NN (also known as Wren Road or N.E. 96th Street) from I-435 easterly to the Kansas City-Liberty city limits line and directing the City Clerk to file same.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City, to accept a Quit-Claim Deed from the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission conveying to the City all rights, title and interest in and to State Route NN (also known as Wren Road or N.E. 96th Street) from I-435 easterly to the Kansas City-Liberty city limits line, all in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri. A copy of the Quit-Claim Deed, in substantial form, is attached hereto and is hereby approved.

 

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a copy of said Quit-Claim Deed, together with a copy of this ordinance, in the office of the Department of Records of Clay County, Missouri.
