ORDINANCE NO. 090782

 

Approving a Declaration of Building Restriction between the City and Dunn Realty Inc. for the parking garage and office building at the northeast corner of 11th and Locust.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Council hereby approves a Declaration of Building Restriction between the City and Dunn Realty Inc. for the parking garage and office building at the northeast corner of 11th and Locust, which requires that the office building and the garage be designed and maintained as portions of one building with respect to issues relating to the Code. The agreement shall be in a form substantially as that attached hereto.

 

Section 2. That the Director of City Development is authorized to execute the Declaration on behalf of the City.
