ORDINANCE NO. 951426

 

Approving an amendment to a previously approved preliminary plan in District CP-1 (Neighborhood Planned Business Center) on an approximately 3 acre tract of land generally located on the east side of Blue Ridge Boulevard, approximately 600 feet south of 104th Street. (8092-CP-5)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That an amendment to a previously approved preliminary plan in District CP-1 (Neighborhood Planned Business Center) on an approximately 3 acre tract of land generally located on the east side of Blue Ridge Boulevard, approximately 600 feet south of 104th Street, and more specifically described as follows:

 

All of Lot 2, Blue Ridge Commercial Center, and the south 65 feet of Lot 1, Blue Ridge Commercial Center, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following condition:

 

That the developer retain the existing trees along the easterly boundary and that the existing fence be repaired and maintained.

 

A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 951426, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
