ORDINANCE NO. 090072

 

Reducing appropriations in the Capital Improvements Fund in the amount of $560,000.00 and appropriating it to accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund for projects in the First and Fifth Council Districts.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the appropriations in the following accounts of the Capital Improvements Fund are hereby reduced by the following amounts:

 

09-3090-898100-B CD1 Contingency $160,000.00

09-3090-898500-B CD5 Contingency 400,000.00

TOTAL $560,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $560,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to the following accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund:

 

09-3090-708109--B San Rafael Park $160,000.00

09-3090-708509-B Blvd. Improvements at 5226 Swope

Parkway 400,000.00

TOTAL $560,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
