Authorizing an amendment to an agreement with H W Lochner, Inc., for a quiet zone study.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Capital Projects Department is authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, a $10,000.00 Amendment No. 4 to an agreement with H W Lochner, Inc., for a quiet zone study for Project No. 89005438 - Replacement of the Bruce Forrester Viaduct Bridge over Union Pacific Railroad, from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 12-3090-878034-B-89005438. A copy of the amendment is on file in the Capital Projects Department.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
