Estimating revenue in the Jackson County Drug Tax Fund in the additional amount of $60,000.00 and appropriating it to a crime prevention program.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the Jackson County Drug Tax Fund is estimated in the following additional amount of $60,000.00 in the following account:

97-234-021-7819 97 Police Drug Enforcement County $60,000.00 Contribution

Section 2. That the sum of $60,000.00 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Jackson County Drug Tax Fund to the following account in the Jackson County Drug Tax Fund:

97-234-021-2653-A Community Crime Prevention Jackson County $60,000.00 Drug Tax
