ORDINANCE NO. 951109

 

Approving an amendment to a previously approved development plan for District GP-3 on an approximately 360 acre tract of land generally bounded by Interstate 29 on the west, Skyview Drive on the south and east, and about 1,400 feet north of Tiffany Springs Parkway on the north.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That an amendment to a previously approved development plan for District GP-3 on an approximately 360 acre tract of land generally bounded by Interstate 29 on the west, Skyview Drive on the south and east, and about 1,400 feet north of Tiffany Springs Parkway on the north, and more specifically described as follows:

 

Parcels 1 thru 7, inclusive, Tiffany Centro subdivision, Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

 

All of that part of the NW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of Section 6, T51N, R33W of the 5th P.M., Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, lying north and west of Interstate Highway 29, and Missouri Route "W" right of ways.

 

All of that part of the NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of Section 1 T51N, R34W of the 5th P.M., Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, lying north and west of Interstate Highway 29, and Missouri Route "W" right of ways.

 

Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, T52N, R33W of the 5th P.M., Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, lying west of Missouri Route "W" right of way.

 

Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, T52N, R34W of the 5th P.M., Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, lying east of Interstate Highway 29 right of way.

is hereby approved. A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 951109, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
