ORDINANCE NO. 070534

 

Accepting various Warranty Deeds conveying certain properties in Platte County, Missouri, to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for public use, for N.W. Tiffany Springs Road, N. Ambassador Drive, and N. Skyview Avenue, in conjunction with the KCI Area TIF improvements; establishing grades on public ways, accepting various easements, and authorizing the City Clerk to record this ordinance and attached documents.

 

WHEREAS, said property shall be used for streets and other public purposes as a part of the aforementioned streets, together with easements in the remaining lands on the abutting property along and adjacent to said streets, where required for the location, construction and maintenance of an embankment or for sloping the sides of cutbacks to construct and maintain said streets at the established grades; NOW, THEREFORE,

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the General Warranty Deeds by and between Tiffany Square, Inc., TSDG, LLC, Desert Associates and Normand Properties Association, and the City of Kansas City, Missouri, conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for streets and other public purposes in conjunction with the above said KCI Area TIF, true copies of said Warranty Deeds attached hereto, were recorded as described in the tables herein incorporated.
