ORDINANCE NO. 011689, AS AMENDED

 

Reducing an appropriation in the Capital Improvements Fund in the amount of $250,000.00 and appropriating these sums to accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund for improvements related to the Riverfront Heritage Trail project, Sanitary Sewer Program and the Historic District Signage project.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following account of the Capital Improvements Fund is hereby reduced by the following amount:

 

02-309-080-6702 T Eastwood Hills Sanitary Sewer $250,000.00

 

Section 2. That the sum of $250,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to the following accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund:

 

02-309-089-6713 T Riverfront Heritage Trail $ 67,000.00

02-309-089-6709 T Sanitary Sewer Program 68,000.00

02-309-064-6701 T Historic District Signage 115,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
