ORDINANCE NO. 950769

Authorizing an agreement with the Johnson County Health Department to provide case management services to persons with HIV/AIDS for a period of nine months to which the City will provide $33,750.00 in previously appropriated funds.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That an agreement between Kansas City and the Johnson County Health Department, to provide sensitive and effective case management services to persons with HIV/AIDS, for the period of April 1, 1995 to December 31, 1995, for which the City will provide $33,750.00, in funds previously appropriated in Account No. 95-273-050-2441-B by Ordinance No. 941725, is hereby authorized. A copy of the agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
