Approving the preliminary plat of Resurvey of Lot 1,
except the west 48 feet thereof, and Lot 6, Block G, Sunset Hill, on a 1.82
acre tract of land located on the southwest corner of 55th Street and Summit
Street. (SD 0756)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the preliminary plat of Resurvey
of Lot 1, except the west 48 feet thereof, and Lot 6, Block G, Sunset Hill, on
a 1.82 acre tract of land located on the southwest corner of 55th Street and
Summit Street, and more specifically described as follows:
Lot 1, except the west 48 feet thereof and Lot 6,
Block G, Sunset Hill, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County,
Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said
Lot 1; thence South 3 18'52" East along the east line of Block G,
425.08 feet (425 feet deed) to the southeast corner of said Lot 6; thence
South 86 41'15" West along the south line of Block G, 211.65 feet to the
southwest corner of Lot 6; thence North 3 18'18" West along the west
line of Lot 6, a distance of 200.04 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 6;
thence North 86 41'15" East, 48 feet; thence North 3 18'18"
West, 225.04 feet to a point on the north line of Lot 1; thence North 86
41'15" East along the north line of Lot 1, a distance of 163.58 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 79,151.4 square feet more or less.
is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the developer cause the area to be platted
and processed in accordance with Chapter 66, Code of Ordinances of
Kansas City, Missouri, as amended, commonly
known as the Subdivision Regulations.
2. That the developer establish covenants and
restrictions as required for the maintenance of Tract A.
A copy of said preliminary plat is on file in the office
of the City Clerk under Document No. 961264, which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
Section B. That the Council finds and declares that
before taking any action on the proposed preliminary plat hereinabove, all
public notices and hearings required by the Subdivision Regulations have been
given and had.
