Estimating revenue in the amount of $950,938.00 in the Information Technology Working Capital Fund; appropriating the sum of $979,489.00 to the Enterprise Licensing account of the Information Technology Working Capital Fund; and designating requisitioning authority.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the Information Technology Working Capital Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount:

02-715-018-8640 Reimbursements - Enterprise Licensing $950,938.00

Section 2. That the sum of $979,489.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Information Technology Working Capital Fund to the following account in the Information Technology Working Capital Fund:

02-715-018-3010-B Enterprise Licensing $979,489.00

Section 3. That the Director of Information Technology Department is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No. 02-715-018-3010.
