Accepting various deeds and easements conveying land to the City for public use purposes as part of the Blue River Rechannelization and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following listed deeds and easements conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for public use purposes as part of the Blue River Rechannelization Project and recorded in the office of the Director of Records of Jackson County, Missouri at Kansas City under the instrument numbers indicated, are hereby accepted:

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of this ordinance in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County, Missouri, as evidence of the acceptance of the herein described property by the City for public use purposes for the Blue River Rechannelization Project.
