ORDINANCE NO. 051418

Amending Ordinance No 051335, passed November 10, 2005 by repealing and re-enacting Section 3.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section A. That Ordinance No. 051335, passed November 10, 2005, is hereby amended by repealing and re-enacting Section 3 thereof:

Section 3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to expend the sum of $1,525,727.50 from funds previously appropriated to the following accounts for the aforesaid contract and contingencies:

06-2660-645300-B CDBG $ 625,727.50

06-8110-807726-B Stormwater Construction 500,000.00

06-2100-897325-B 18th and Vine Reserve Fund 400,000.00

TOTAL: $1,525,727.50

Section B. That all sections of Ordinance No. 051335 not repealed and re-enacted above shall remain effective.
