ORDINANCE NO. 130339

 

Accepting and estimating revenue for interest earned through a cooperative agreement with Jackson County through FY 2009-10 Recovery Act: Justice Assistance Grant allocated by the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs; and estimating revenue in the amount of $60,422.00 in the Justice Assistance Grant Fund; appropriating it to the Justice Assistance Grant Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That revenue in the following account is increased by the following amount:

 

13-2530-570001-479979 Justice Assistance Grant Program $60,422.00

 

Section 2. That the appropriation in the following account is hereby increased by the following amount:

 

14-2530-575301-B-G57JAGST Justice Assistance Grant Program $60,422.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
