ORDINANCE NO. 110560

 

Revoking a previously approved preliminary plan in District B1-1 (Neighborhood Business 1), on about 0.27 acres generally located at 4240 Southwest Trafficway. (14189-P)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a previously approved preliminary plan in District B1-1 (Neighborhood Business 1), (formerly C-1-p (Neighborhood Retail Business - Limited District)) on about 0.27 acres generally located at 4240 Southwest Trafficway, and more specifically described as follows:

 

TRACT I: Lot 7, and the West 1/2 of the vacated alley lying East of and adjoining, Greenwood Place, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

TRACT II: Lot 8, and the West 1/2 of the vacated alley lying East of and adjoining, Greenwood Place, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

TRACT III: All of Lots 9 and 10, and the West 1/2 of the vacated alley lying East of and adjoining, except all that part of said lots and alley taken for Southwest Trafficway, Greenwood Place, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

is hereby revoked.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
