COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 190049

 

Authorizing a $300,000.00 Fourth Amendment to the Aviation professional services contract with LeighFisher, Inc.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a $300,000.00 Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services Contract with LeighFisher, Inc., for a total contract amount of $1,196,300.00, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the Director of Aviation.

 

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend an amount not to exceed $300,000.00 from funds previously appropriated to the following account in the Aviation Fund:

 

19-8300-627270-B-62150444  KCI Airports Fund  $300,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
