ORDINANCE NO. 120116

Reducing an appropriation in the amount of $180,000.00 in the Capital Improvements Fund; appropriating that amount to the Main Street Streetscape account; and designating requisitioning authority.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following account of the Capital Improvements Fund is reduced by the following amount:

12-3090-878400-B-89009996 CD 4 Contingency $180,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $180,000.00 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to the following account:

12-3090-898407-B-89008183 Main Street Streetscape $ 180,000.00

Section 3. That the Director of the Public Works Department is designated requisitioning authority for Account No. 12-3090-8984047.
