Increasing revenue in the amount of $567,055.00 and appropriating it to the HUD Lead-Based Paint Grant Fund for lead hazard control activities.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the HUD Lead-Based Paint Grant Fund is hereby increased by the following amount:

98-275-050-7613 HUD Lead-Based Paint Grant $567,055.00

Section 2. That the sum of $567,055.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the HUD Lead-Based Paint Grant Fund in the following accounts:

98-275-050-2183-A HUD Lead-Based Paint Grant $249,879.00

98-275-050-2183-B HUD Lead-Based Paint Grant 316,176.00

98-275-050-2183-C HUD Lead-Based Paint Grant 1,000.00

TOTAL $567,055.00
