ORDINANCE NO. 180173

 

Authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a five-year and two-month lease agreement with one five-year renewal with Pad Thai Express LLC for the purpose of a restaurant located at 1124 Oak Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64106.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a lease agreement with Pad Thai Express LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, for the purpose of a restaurant located at 1124 Oak St., being a portion of the Wolf Garage retail area, for a period of five years with the initial term beginning April 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2023, with one five-year renewal term. A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the General Services Department.
