COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 951434

Authorizing an agreement with Missouri Aviation, Inc., for the lease of Building No. 839 at Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a Lease Agreement with Missouri Aviation, Inc., at Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport. The term of the agreement is for one (1) year with four (4) one-year renewal options, beginning November 1, 1995. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. Authorization to execute the Lease Agreement with respect to Building No. 839 is contingent upon the United States Air Force closing the environmental file on a former underground storage tank, previously removed.
