ORDINANCE NO. 130645

 

Declaring certain real property surplus to the City's needs; and authorizing the Director of General Services to offer the sale of the property located at: 2609 E. 60th Street, 2610 E. 61st Street, 2615 E. 60th St., 6005 Prospect, 6023 Prospect, and 7710 Blue River, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

WHEREAS, all City departments have been notified and this property is not needed by the City and no interest has been expressed in retaining the land for future public use; NOW, THEREFORE,

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the parcels described below, are hereby declared surplus to the City’s needs.

 

Section 2. That the Director of General Services Department is hereby authorized to offer and sell in accord with City regulations, the properties located at:

 

2609 E. 60th Street: Beaufort, w 37.5 ft of e 112.5 ft Lot 79.
