ORDINANCE NO. 001215

Accepting a Special Corporation Warranty Deed from World Savings and Loan Association conveying to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, certain property in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, generally located at the northwest corner of 30th and Harrison, for the purpose of eliminating blight and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following listed deed, conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, in fee simple, generally located at the northwest corner of 30th and Harrison, for the purpose of eliminating blight and recorded in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City, under the instrument number and in the book and page indicated, is hereby accepted:

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of this ordinance in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County, Missouri, as evidence of the acceptance of the herein described property by the City for public use purposes.
