ORDINANCE NO. 180240

 

Authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a five-year lease agreement with two five-year options for renewal with Subway Real Estate, LLC., for the purpose of a restaurant at 327 E. 11th Street Kansas City, Missouri 64106.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a lease agreement with Subway Real Estate, LLC., for the purpose of a restaurant beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2023 with two five-year options for renewal. A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the General Services Department.
