Estimating revenue in the Police Grant Fund in the additional amount of $4,454.00 and appropriating it to the DEA Task Force account of the Fund.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the Police Grant Fund is hereby estimated in the following additional amount of $4,454.00 in the following account:

97-239-021-8125 97 - DEA Task Force $4,454.00

Section 2. That the sum of $4,454.00 is herein appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Police Grant Fund to the following account in the Police Grant Fund:

97-239-021-2790-A 96 - DEA Task Force $4,454.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
