Repealing Ordinance No. 64506.

WHEREAS, in Ordinance No. 64506 the Council condemned certain private property for public use for the construction of the Rickey Road Special Assessment Main; and

WHEREAS, all necessary easements have now been acquired and this condemnation is no longer necessary; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 64506, passed on September 7, 1989, is hereby repealed.
