RESOLUTION NO. 180296

Appointing Steve Caffey and Amy Ehlers as successor directors to the Old Foundation Community Improvement District.

WHEREAS, the Old Foundation Community Improvement District was established by petition of the property owners and approved by the City Council by Ordinance No. 110859; and

WHEREAS, the petition provides for successor directors to be appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, according to slates submitted by the Old Foundation Community Improvement District; and

WHEREAS, the Old Foundation Community Improvement District submitted a slate on or about March 27, 2018; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following persons are hereby appointed to the board of the Old Foundation Community Improvement District for four (4) year terms:

Steve Caffey

Amy Ehlers
