ORDINANCE NO. 070730

Authorizing execution of a Relocation Services Agreement with Clay County Government for relocation services provided for the Clay County Regional Airport Expansion Project.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of the City Development Department is hereby authorized to execute a Relocation Services Agreement with Clay County Government, for relocation services provided for the Clay County Regional Airport Expansion Project, for which the City will receive $2,000.00 for its services. A copy of the Relocation Services Agreement, in substantial form, is attached hereto and is hereby approved.
