Authorizing
acceptance of a $65,000.00 increase in the U.S. Department of Agriculture
Summer Food Services Program Grant; estimating revenue in the amount of
$65,000.00 in the US Department of Agriculture Grant account of the General
Fund; and increasing the appropriation in the sum of $65,000.00 in the USDA
Grant account of the General Fund.

IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section
1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to
accept an increase in the U.S. Department of Agriculture Summer Food Service
Program Grant in the amount of $65,000.00.
Section
2. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby
estimated in the following amount:
00-100-057-7765 US
Department of Agriculture Grant $65,000.00
Section
3. That the appropriation in the following account of the General Fund is
hereby increased by the following amount:
00-100-057-2090-A USDA
Grant $10,000.00
00-100-057-2090-B USDA
Grant
55,000.00
