RESOLUTION NO. 050922
Declaring it to be necessary to
establish the grades on 19th Street from the centerline of Kansas Avenue (Sta.
10+00) to the centerline of Agnes Avenue (Sta. 13+30.05), as now established,
all in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.
BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
That the Council
finds and declares it necessary to establish the grades on 19th Street from the
centerline of Kansas Avenue (Sta. 10+00) to the centerline of Agnes Avenue (Sta. 13+30.05), as now established, to make improvements to the pavement,
curbs and sidewalks; to make the improvements in accordance with the provisions
of Section 224, Article VII of the Charter of Kansas City, and as shown on the
plans 2005-308 on file in the Office of the Director of City Planning and
Development, and as evidenced by the Declaration of Necessity No. 5328,
locating and defining the adjacent grade points on said street, on the baseline
of the roadway, which shall be connected by straight grade (tangents) or
vertical curves between such grade points, the elevations of which are herein
given below in feet above the NAVD 1988 datum all in Kansas City, Jackson
County, Missouri, as follows, to wit:
