ORDINANCE NO. 931260

Estimating revenue in the amount of $1,606,000.00 in Account No. 262-055-7689; appropriating the sum of $1,606,000.00 to Account No. 262-055-2269B; and designating requisitioning authority.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the Community Development Fund Year 19 is hereby estimated in the following amount:

262-055-7689 Community Development Flood $1,606,000.00 Relief Grant

Section 2. That the sum of $1,606,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Community Development Fund Year 19 to the following account in said fund:

262-055-2269B CDBG Infrastructure and Home $1,606,000.00 Repair

Section 3. That the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development is hereby designated requisitioning authority for Account No. 262-055-2269.
