Estimating revenue in the additional amount of $68,865.00, which represents a federal grant through the Missouri Department of Public Safety, and appropriating it to the Forensic Imaging Upgrade Grant account in the Police Grants Fund, to provide improved sharing of photographic evidence.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account in the Police Grants Fund is estimated in the following additional amount:

01-239-021-8782 Forensic Imaging Upgrade grant $68,865.00

Section 2. That the following amount is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Police Grants Fund to the following accounts in the Police Grants Fund:

01-239-021-2915-C Forensic Imaging Upgrade grant $ 8,800.00

01-239-021-2915-E Forensic Imaging Upgrade grant 60,065.00

$68,865.00
