Amending
the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International Airport,
as amended, by changing the land use designation from high density residential
uses to regional business uses for an approximately 16.74 acre tract of land
generally located south of Tiffany Springs Road and west of the proposed
extension of N. Executive Hills Boulevard. (247-S-54 - Area 5)

IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section
A. That the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International
Airport, as amended, is hereby amended by changing the land use designation
from high density residential uses to regional business uses for an
approximately 16.74 acre tract of land generally located south of Tiffany
Springs Road and west of the proposed extension of N. Executive Hills
Boulevard, more specifically described as follows:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6,
Township 51, Range 33 in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said
Southwest Quarter; thence south along the east line of said Southwest Quarter,
a distance of 1620 feet, more or less; thence northwesterly along a straight
line to a point located, 470 feet south of and 700 feet west of the northeast
corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence north along a straight line, 700 feet
distant west of and parallel with the east line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance
of 470 feet, more or less to a point on the north line of said Southwest
Quarter; thence east along said north line, a distance of 700 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing 16.74 acres, more or less.

as shown outlined on a map marked General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas
City International Airport, as amended, which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the
aforesaid plan and as an amendment to Section 80-206.
Section
B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the
proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the
Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
