COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR RESOLUTION NO. 951609

Approving the appointments of Stuart Hunt, Aaron Strawn and Charlene Luster as regular members to the Board of Zoning Adjustment and approving the reappointment of Timothy Barchak and the appointments of Theresa Otto and Harry Edwards as alternate members of the Board of Zoning Adjustment.

WHEREAS, there currently exists or will exist certain vacancies on the Board of Zoning Adjustment; and

WHEREAS, Section 80-290 of the Zoning Ordinance requires the advice and consent of the Council for appointments to the Board of Zoning Adjustment; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section A. That the Council hereby approves the appointments of Stuart Hunt to fill the unexpired term of Allison Blessing and Aaron Strawn to fill the unexpired term of Ken Kenney and further approves the appointment of Charlene Luster as regular members to the Board of Zoning Adjustment for the terms specified below:
