RESOLUTION NO. 911588

Designating Billy D. Moore, B.D. Moore Consulting, as liaison with the City Administration for the Drug-Free Workplace and Employee Assistance Programs.

WHEREAS, the City desires to continue implementation of the Drug-Free Workplace and Employee Assistance Programs; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to designate Billy D. Moore, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, as liaison to the City Administration in order to enhance the Drug-Free Workplace and Employee Assistance Programs; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That Billy D. Moore, C.S.A.C. of B.D. Moore Consulting, Inc. is hereby designated as liaison to the City Administration to enhance the Drug-Free Workplace and Employee Assistance Programs of the City.
