Reestimating and appropriating a net $56,132.00 from the
Tax Increment Financing Special Allocation Account for the repayment of
expenses associated with the following Tax Increment Financing Projects, designating
requisitioning authority and recognizing an emergency.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the revenue estimates in the
following accounts of the Tax Increment Financing Special Allocation Fund are
hereby reduced by the following amounts:

Section 4. That the Director of Finance is hereby
designated as the requisitioning authority for Account Nos. 515-012-2500;
515-012-2501; 515-012-2503; and 515-012-2502.
Section 5. That this ordinance, making provisions
for the current expenses of municipal government, is recognized as an emergency
measure within the provisions of Section 15, Article II and is effective
immediately upon passage.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise
unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing
expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in
the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each
