Reducing the
Contingent Appropriation in the General Fund by the sum of $310,000.00
for the purpose of funding the February and April 2005 special elections.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the sum of $310,000.00 is hereby reduced from the following account in the
Contingent Appropriation of the General Fund:
05-1000-179990-B Contingent
Appropriation $310,000.00
Section 2. That
the sum of $310,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund
Balance of the General Fund to the following accounts in the General Fund:
05-1000-091612-B Kansas City Election BoardSpecial Election $254,000.00
05-1000-091622-B Clay Co. Election BoardSpecial Election 35,000.00
05-1000-091632-B Platte Co. Election BoardSpecial Election 20,000.00
05-1000-091642-B Cass Co. Election BoardSpecial Election 1,000.00
