ORDINANCE NO. 951555

Authorizing an agreement with Decision Support Technologies, Inc., for consulting services at Kansas City International Airport and the expenditure of previously appropriated funds in the amount of $67,600.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Decision Support Technologies, Inc., for the analysis, design and implementation inspection of an automated Properties Information System at Kansas City International Airport, for a six month term. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend an amount not to exceed $67,600.00, previously appropriated to Account No. 96-821-062-1040-B-1012.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
