ORDINANCE NO. 930581

Adopting a new Schedule "A", Operating Procedures for the City Market pursuant to Section 21.365 of the Code of General Ordinances.

WHEREAS, Section 21.365 of the Code of General Ordinances requires the Property Manager of the City Market to submit to the City Council a proposed schedule of rents, charges, privileges and accommodations; and

WHEREAS, said evaluation of the City Market's Management and Operating Procedures was presented to the City Market Oversight Committee on May 7, 1993; and

WHEREAS, on May 7, 1993, the City Market Oversight Committee reviewed and approved a proposed set of Operating Procedures; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the City Market Operating Procedures, Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby adopted pursuant to Section 21.365.

Section 2. That all other provisions of Ordinance No. 921310 remain in full force and effect.
