ORDINANCE NO. 090904

 

Authorizing execution of a Declaration of Restrictive Covenant and a Grant of Access for 902 Tel Aviv Road at Kansas City International Airport.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Grant Access with the State of Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR), restricting use of certain land at KCI to non-residential purposes, prohibiting such lands groundwater use for domestic purposes and granting access to MDNR in order to restrict and monitor activities that could result in unacceptable exposure to environmental contamination on the land previously used as the Hertz Corporation rental car site, located at 902 Tel Aviv Road in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri:

 

All of the Southerly 382.97 feet of the Northerly 654.20 feet of the Easterly 600 feet of the Westerly 697.67 feet of Tract 170 of Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, according to the Recorded Plat thereof. Containing 229,782 square feet, or 5.275 acres, more or less.
