ORDINANCE NO. 140595

 

Approving a signage plan for an existing apartment complex on an approximately 1.73 acre property south of W. 46th Street between Jefferson Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Districts R-0.5 and B4-5. (8488-P-5)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a signage plan for an existing apartment complex in Districts R-0.5 (Residential 0.5) and B4-5 (Residential 0.5, Heavy Business/Commercial 4-5) on approximately a 1.73 acre tract of land generally located south of W. 46th Street between Jefferson Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, and more specifically described as follows:

 

Lots 1 thru 7 Gushurst Subdivision and the east 82 feet of the north 207.58 feet of lot 17 and the north 178.63 feet of lot 18 Home Place and the south 242.42 feet of the east 82 feet lot 17 Homeplace in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said signage plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk with this ordinance and is made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That a signage plan approved herein is subject to the following condition:

 

That no sign encroach into any existing utility easement.

 

Section C. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
