ORDINANCE NO. 120353, AS AMENDED

 

Rezoning an area of approximately 0.22 acres generally located on the west side of Wyoming Street and 120’ north of St. Louis Avenue (938 Wyoming Street) from District M3-5 to District M1-5. (14274-P)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section A. That Chapter 88, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Zoning and Development Code, is hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section 88-20A0908, rezoning an area of approximately 0.22 acres generally located on the west side of Wyoming Street and 120’ north of St. Louis Avenue (938 Wyoming Street) from District M3-5 (Manufacturing 3-5) to District M1-5 (Manufacturing 1-5) said section to read as follows:

Section 88-20A0908. That an area legally described as:

938 Wyoming/ Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 7, Pacific Place, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri

is hereby rezoned from District M3-5 (Manufacturing 3-5) to District M1-5 (Manufacturing 1-5) as described above, all as shown outlined on a map marked Section 88-20A0908, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the zoning maps constituting a part of said chapter and as an amendment to Section 88-20 thereof.

Section B. That the applicant for rezoning has been made aware of the potential noise, odors and traffic that can impact any residential use of this property because of its location in an industrial area, and will record a disclosure to future owners and tenants within ten days of the passage of the ordinance.

Section C. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices have been given and hearings have been held as required by the Zoning and Development Code.
